Managing Work Orders

  • Send automatic service request to subcontractors or engineers (e.g. for excavation safety review)
  • Upload photos and record key data during the work
  • Search and filter through your historic repairs and work orders

Asset Management

Whether your organization manages underground utilities, light poles, signs or any other types of assets, you can upload the list of assets to your Dispatch account and view them on GIS map. For assets requiring periodic inspections, you can specify how often the asset should be inspected. Dispatch will send you reminder 7 days before an inspection is due.

    • Assign a Work Order to a crew (group of workers),
    • Involve subcontractors or geotechnical consultants for providing service,
    • The app sends Service Request to the third-party engineer or subcontractor, and they can accept it using the app,
    • You can record the utilities involved in the Work Order
  • See the locations of all past, current and scheduled (future) Work Orders on a map,
  • Generate a report with list of all Work Orders with a certain search / filter criteria.
  • Upload photos for a utility installation or repair
